1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the 55bmy online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://55bmy.net and any associated mobile or web applications operated by 55bmy ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By accessing the 55bmy Platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any other feature — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in full. Your continued use of 55bmy following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of 55bmy is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of access;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of 55bmy, nor a close relative of any such person;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including those administered by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

55bmy reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation as necessary. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 55bmy Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. 55bmy employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, 55bmy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all accounts associated with that individual, forfeit any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals across all associated accounts, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information when registering your 55bmy account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. 55bmy will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 55bmy immediately via our support team.

55bmy will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password from a person claiming to represent 55bmy should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, 55bmy is required to verify the identity of all registered players prior to processing withdrawals and at other points determined by our compliance team.

KYC verification may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash, Maya, or bank account registered in your name);
• Source of funds declaration where required by our compliance team.

55bmy reserves the right to suspend or restrict account activity, including the processing of withdrawals, pending the completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to 55bmy must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded by payment accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. 55bmy accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 55bmy does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method associated with your 55bmy account and must be in your own name. 55bmy does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal is processed, KYC verification must be completed in full.

55bmy aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, with GCash and Maya withdrawals typically processed in real time or within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on your bank's processing times.

55bmy reserves the right to apply additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld in instances of suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, or potential violation of these Terms.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on 55bmy are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion is not offered on the platform. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider if your account is denominated in a currency other than PHP.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

55bmy may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated:

• Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the offer;
• All bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution rates, and expiry periods vary by offer and are stated in the individual promotion terms;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly;
• 55bmy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 55bmy Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

All slot and table games on 55bmy use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studio environments. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate of each game and do not guarantee any specific result in any single session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, 55bmy will review the relevant game logs and, where possible, reinstate the game to its state immediately prior to the error. If reinstatement is not technically possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 55bmy's decision in matters of technical error is final.

Results displayed on 55bmy's platform are final upon settlement. Any error in settlement that results in an incorrect credit or debit to a player's account will be corrected as soon as the error is identified. 55bmy reserves the right to void and re-settle any bet that has been settled incorrectly due to technical error, human error, or mispriced odds.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55bmy Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or in the Platform itself;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider after a deposit has been credited to your account;
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting promotional offers in bad faith;
• Conducting any activity that 55bmy reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, 55bmy reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the relevant account(s), forfeit all balances and pending winnings, and refer the matter to PAGCOR and/or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 55bmy Platform — including but not limited to the 55bmy name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, promotional materials, and any other creative works — is the exclusive property of 55bmy or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 55bmy Platform without the prior written consent of 55bmy.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55bmy, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical errors, disconnections, or system failures;
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain secure credentials;
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals beyond 55bmy's reasonable control;
• Losses incurred as a result of your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 55bmy's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The 55bmy Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11 Privacy and Data

55bmy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules. By using the 55bmy Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or exercise your data subject rights at any time by contacting our support team.

12 Responsible Gaming

55bmy is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming. 13 Account Suspension and Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction;
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure).

You may close your 55bmy account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of any pending withdrawals and subject to KYC completion) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

14 Amendments to Terms

55bmy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. 15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All gaming activities conducted on the 55bmy Platform are subject to the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 55bmy's decisions in relation to game outcomes, account management, and bonus settlements are final and binding, subject to applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
